Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services, including commissioning and decommissioning, for leased U.S. Government housing. Services encompass:
- General Maintenance & Repair: Plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, roofing, masonry, and general mechanical tasks (e.g., appliance, garage door, pump systems).
- Specialized Services: Deep cleaning, window treatments, faucet/sink replacement, drain cleaning, water heater maintenance, outlet/switch replacement, lighting upgrades, GFCI installation, cabinet/door/baseboard repairs, leak repair, gutter maintenance, plaster/stucco repair. All services must adhere to local and American standards, with the stricter standard applying. A bilingual (English/Spanish) supervisor is required to liaise with the Government.
Contract Details
