Scope of Work

All parts and equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Services include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance for Air Handling Units (AHUs), Chillers, Cooling Towers, Control Air Pneumatic Compressors, Ventilating/Exhaust Fans, Chemical Feed Systems, Pumps, Valves, Heat Pumps, Insect Holding Rooms, Fresh Air Intake Hoods, and various Package A/C Units. Emergency calls require a 4-hour response. Detailed maintenance service reports are required after each visit.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. Criteria include Price, Technical Acceptability (sound and compliant approach, understanding of SOW), and Past Performance (references, USDA history, CPARS). Only the lowest-priced offer will be evaluated for Technical Acceptability first. Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to monte.jordan@usda.gov. Submissions must include a firm-fixed price quotation on company letterhead, detailing item descriptions, unit prices, total costs for all CLINs, any discounts, the SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, and a completed/signed Attachment 3 - Price Schedule.
