Scope of Work
The contractor shall perform comprehensive make-ready services, including cleaning and soft furniture shampooing. Services are estimated for 80-100 apartments per annum, averaging 160 square meters, with the majority required between April and September. Detailed cleaning requirements include:
- Kitchen: Walls, floor tiles, stainless-steel sinks, refrigerators, ovens, range hoods, rubber seals on appliances, washers/dryers, cupboards, metal/chrome hardware.
- Living, Dining, Bedrooms, Hallways: Parquet/laminate flooring, upholstered furniture (steam cleaning), wooden furniture, desks, tables, windowsills, radiators, lamps, ceiling fans, showcases, glass shelves, bedroom closets, bed frames, glass covers, area rugs (vacuuming/spot cleaning), installed carpets (spot treatment/steam cleaning), light fixtures.
- Bathroom: Wall/floor tiles, bathtubs/showers, sinks, toilets/bidets, metal/chrome hardware, faucets, mirrors.
- Storage Room: Swept clean, freezers (if present).
- Miscellaneous: All windows (panes, frames, sills, blinds, screens), mirrors, removal of scuff marks/smudges on walls/cabinets/doors/switches, clean doors and baseboards, proper trash disposal.
Additional services include terrace and balcony cleaning (surface cleaning, weed removal) and gardening services (lawn/yard cleaning, mowing, trimming, pruning, sidewalk/terrace maintenance). The contractor must provide qualified technicians and an English-speaking supervisor.
Contract & Timeline
- Contract Type: Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price.
- Period of Performance: One base year (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027) with three one-year unilateral renewal options, extending to March 31, 2030.
- Minimum Guarantee: EUR 10,000.00 per year.
- Maximum Order: EUR 70,000.00 per year, with a total maximum of EUR 250,000.00 for the base and all option years.

The contractor must provide specific insurance coverage, including General Liability.
