Miscellaneous Cleaning Requirements:

• All windows (panes, frames, sills, blinds, screens) must be cleaned.
• Mirrors must be streak and film-free.
• Scuff marks/smudges on walls, cabinets, doors, light switches, etc., must be removed.
• Doors must be clean and free of dirt, dust, and debris.
• Baseboards must be clean and free of dirt, dust, and debris.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ
