To procure one new RENISHAW RMP60 PROBE & RTS TOOL SETTER FOR MANFORD VHG-1000 to ensure positional accuracy of work pieces in machining processes and tool data accuracy for fabricating rocket sled parts, test articles, and test track infrastructure.

• Delivery of one new RENISHAW RMP60 PROBE & RTS TOOL SETTER.

• Includes RMP60-QE probe kit, RTS-QE AA tool setter, mounting bracket, RMI-QE (side exit) 15-meter cable, sealite fittings, and specified styli.

• Includes M-2045-069 CAT40 Shank.

• Includes Mitsubishi Meldas Tool Setting Software and Mitsubishi Meldas Inspection Plus Software for Machining Centers.

• Includes Tool Setter Cover RTS AA Tool Setter Cover.

• On-site installation, training, and warranty support.

• All travel and shipping expenses for delivery and installation.

• Delivery, installation, and system acceptance must be completed no later than 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Delivery location: 846 TS/TGTOHM, Attn: Charles Zamora, 1521 Test Track Road, building 1173, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico.

• A minimum one-year comprehensive warranty covering parts, labor, and travel/shipping costs, starting from the date of final system acceptance.

• Vendor is responsible for shipping and installation.

• Acceptance testing will be government-witnessed and will confirm all manufacturer's specified capabilities, including the Mitsubishi software functionality.
