Qualification Requirements and Export Control do not apply.

To respond to this presolicitation, interested parties must identify their interest and capability within 15 days of the notice's publication (by May 19, 2026). For the future solicitation, electronic procedures will be used, and the solicitation will be available for download at www.sam.gov. Proposals for the future solicitation will be considered if received within 45 days of the synopsis publication (by June 18, 2026).
