Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a full spectrum of S&RTS, including vessel, truck, and rail loading/discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management, staging, intra-port transfers, checking and tallying (C&T), and handling of government-provided dunnage and tiedown materials. Services cover various US Military cargo types, such as containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and aircraft. Operations are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, adhering to "Best Commercial Practices." The PWS (Attachment 1) details performance standards and requirements, including physical security, safety, and HAZMAT handling.
