Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive basic life support services over a 22-day period (June 8 – June 30, 2026), primarily at LZ Falcon, with additional floodlight locations at LZ Goose/GP-10. Key services include:
- Setup and tear down of two 200-man tents (with flooring, tables, and chairs for 200 people per tent).
- Provision of 22 floodlights (4000W equivalent), including fuel, delivery, pickup, and maintenance.
- Mobile shower units with capacity for 350 people showering once daily for 10 days, including power generation, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Showers must be operational by June 13th.
- Laundry service with a 48-hour turnaround for 232 loads over 6 days, including contractor-provided bags, secure drop-off, and 100% accountability.
- Grey water removal and off-installation disposal.
- Water delivery for shower and laundry facilities (no on-site water source).
- 24/7 maintenance support for all equipment with a 2-hour response time for malfunctions.
