Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on Technical Approach, Relevant Past Performance, Experience/Qualification, Acceptability, and Cost or Price. The award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, not necessarily the lowest-priced offeror. Proposals that do not include a technical proposal and past performance may not be considered.

Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the project area to familiarize themselves with the requirements. A site visit should be scheduled at least one month in advance of building delivery. Quotes shall remain valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days after submission. The solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses by reference.
