Services include components through system level engineering, Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical and training support for modernization, sustainment, and on-site technical support at various NIWC Atlantic locations and Foreign Military Support (FMS) sites. On-site support is required 24/7/365 at specified locations (Virginia, Hawaii, Italy, Japan, Washington, Georgia). The effort supports Shore Submarine Communications Systems at TACAMO sites for NIWC Atlantic and NIWC Pacific, TYCOMs, and other commands.
