Scope of Work
The contractor will provide catered meals meeting commercial standards and high-quality customer service. This includes delivering meals to specified locations, including field environments, and adhering to provided daily meal plans (entrees, sides, desserts, beverages). All food must be prepared and maintained at safe temperatures according to Army Technical Bulletin Medical (TB Med) 530 and other applicable food safety guidelines. Condiments are required, with a preference for individually packaged items. While individually packaged meals and beverages are preferred, bulk service is acceptable provided food safety standards are met.
