This Special Notice is for market research and planning purposes only; it is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue one. The objective is to identify capable sources and solicit feedback on draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents. The contemplated effort encompasses comprehensive base support services, including facility operations, maintenance, IT core communications, logistics, grounds maintenance, refuse collection, and architectural/engineering services. Specific IT services detailed in the draft PWS include network infrastructure, NetOps, client systems support, cybersecurity, and communications security for the 15th SpSS.
Event Structure
The Virtual Industry Day will be conducted via Microsoft Teams over two days. Day one, June 11, 2026, will feature an approximately one-hour overview session (0900-1000 HST) covering opening remarks, the 15 SpSS mission, technical requirements, and acquisition approaches. This will be followed by 15-minute one-on-one sessions with government representatives, which will continue into June 12, 2026. The agenda is tentative and subject to change based on vendor registration numbers.
Registration & Participation
Interested vendors must register by June 3, 2026, 1600 HST, by emailing the completed "Attachment 03 Registration and Questions Form" to the provided Primary and Alternate Points of Contact. Registration is limited to three representatives per company. Vendors are strongly encouraged to submit questions in advance using Attachment 03 to maximize the productivity of the one-on-one sessions. All one-on-one sessions will be recorded, and transcripts of questions/answers, along with the attendance roster, will be published on SAM.gov post-event.
Key Information
This event does not commit the Government to issue an RFP or award a contract. The Air Force is not seeking proposals at this time, and unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by participants. Non-participation in this Industry Day does not preclude future participation in any potential RFP.
