The new boiler must be of equivalent heating capacity, meet current LEED efficiency standards, and integrate seamlessly with existing exhaust, piping, and the Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System. Integration into the Metasys system must be performed by certified JCBS technicians, with subcontracting for this task highlighted. The scope also includes certified third-party testing and balancing (TAB) of the hot water system, leak detection, HVAC control system verification, and compliance with the latest editions of NFPA 70 (2026), IMC (2024), IPC (2024), and IFGC (2024).
