Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive support for the MC-CBRN program, including:
- Oversight and compliance of policy, guidance, and technical support.
- Day-to-day activities and reach-back support for installation Medical Emergency Managers (MEMs).
- Review of unit Medical Contingency Response Plans (MCRPs) and validation of medical response capabilities.
- Collection and evaluation of MC-CBRN guidance change requests.
- Maintaining situational awareness of Federal Coordinating Center (FCC) capabilities and coordinating support.
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of the Home Station Medical Response (HSMR) annual budget.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MC-CBRN program matters, providing training support and guidance on HSMR inventory.
- Monitoring and assisting with medical exercise development, execution, and improvement planning.
- Facilitating Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) nominations.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) for services (CLIN 0001), Cost Reimbursement for travel (CLIN 0002, NTE $13,500).
- Period of Performance: May 18, 2026, through May 17, 2027 (one year).

- Place of Performance: Primarily HQ Air Education and Training Command, JBSA-Randolph, Texas, with potential travel within CONUS.
