• Tree Height: The maximum acceptable height for the Christmas tree is 34 feet. Trees falling between 32 and 34 feet will be considered technically acceptable, acknowledging that manufacturers may not produce trees at exactly 34 feet.
• Tree System Type: Only panel-type assembly systems will be considered acceptable for this requirement. Commercial-grade tower-style modular systems (stackable ring construction) will not be accepted.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, to procure a Commercial Panel Christmas Tree. The procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.

• One (1) Commercial Christmas Tree, 34 feet in height.

• Realistic evergreen branches.

• Panel-type assembly, including all necessary hardware and instructions for assembly/disassembly. Must be easily disassembled for storage.

• Pre-lit with warm-white LEDs (standard bulb size for the manufacturer).

• Accessories (ornaments, tree toppers, decorative base) are optional and should not affect the tree's price. The customer can choose whether to include them.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is in accordance with industry standard, with a lead time of 60 calendar days from the date of award receipt.

• Price: Offerors must submit their best pricing. Price analysis will be used to verify fairness and reasonableness.

• Award Basis: The Government intends to make a single Firm Fixed Price award to the responsible quoter whose offer is technically acceptable and priced fair and reasonable.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• NAICS Code: 339999, Size Standard: 550.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Completed SF 1449, including solicitation amendments, must be signed and dated, with CLINs and pricing filled out.

• Questions must be submitted via email no later than 2 days after issuance of the solicitation.

• The period of acceptance of offers is 90 days unless a longer time is stated.
