Scope of Work

- Weekly Sunday Masses: For recruits (8:00 AM - 9:45 AM EST) and permanent personnel (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST).
- Weekday Services: Up to twenty (20) services for major feasts and holy days (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST), with two weeks' advance notice.
- Special Services: Up to five (5) additional special services. Musicians must be proficient in traditional and contemporary Catholic worship music, able to read music, and capable of working with choirs/singers. An audition and interview with the Command Chaplain are required during source selection.

Evaluation & Submission
Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the Contract Specialist, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and instructions in SF1449. Offerors must include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items). Evaluation will be comparative, based on Price, Past Performance, and Other Factors (meeting salient characteristics, specifications, deliverables, or performance requirements). The government intends to award without discussions, making award to the offeror with a fair and reasonable price that is most advantageous.

This acquisition incorporates FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13 procedures. A Wage Determination (No. 2015-5799, Revision No. 32) for South Carolina (Beaufort County) is applicable, requiring bidders to adhere to specified minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for labor cost calculations.
