To provide meal preparation and serving services for the 115th Fighter Wing (FW) in Madison, Wisconsin, during five scheduled training dates in August and September 2026.

• Prepare and serve meals during specific two-hour periods on August 21-23, 2026, and September 11-12, 2026.

• Contractor is responsible for food preparation and service operations; the government will procure all raw food and sustenance supplies.

• Tasks include preparing meals, maintaining proper food temperatures, serving meals with portion control, and cleaning the food service areas and equipment.

• Contractor must also manage personnel, ensure food safety, and adhere to specified sanitation procedures.

• Meals must be served on time at the start of and during the meal period (95% AQL).

• Spot cleaning throughout the meal period with final cleaning at the end of service (95% AQL).
