  • All proposed equipment must be new, not remanufactured/refurbished, and possess a Certificate of Conformity in Ukraine.
  • Operator's manuals must be provided in Ukrainian or English.
  • Items must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) Compliant and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Brand equivalency is allowed, provided products meet high quality standards, salient characteristics, functions, specialization, and regulatory requirements, and are serviceable/repairable in Ukraine with available spare parts.
  • Delivery is FOB Destination, OCONUS, to a centralized location on the first or second floor of the hospital in Central Ukraine.
