Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror. Evaluation will consider price, technical information, and contractor responsibility (financial resources, performance period compliance, integrity, organization, experience, skills, equipment, facilities, and eligibility).
