Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and inspection services, including:
- Annual and Semiannual Preventive Maintenance for specified Medical Air, Instrument Air, and Medical Vacuum systems (e.g., Beacon Medea's, Powerex, Atlas Copco, Flowserve). This includes component replacements, calibrations, and system checks.
- Annual Medical Gas Pipeline Inspections, covering medical gas sources, master alarm panels, outlets/inlets, oxygen particulate analysis, medical air dew point analysis, emergency oxygen supply connections, and testing of medical gas booms and columns.
- Emergency repair services, available 24/7/365, with an 8-hour response time. All services must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, specifically NFPA 99 and NFPA 70. Contractors must have at least five years of experience servicing medical air systems and employ factory-trained and certified technicians.
