• Delivery Vehicles: Deliveries will be accepted via tractor trailer, box truck, or other appropriate vehicles. Delivery vehicles must be removed from the property after delivery is complete.
• Unloading: The delivery driver is expected to offload materials. A forklift and driver can be provided if shipments arrive via tractor trailer.
• Empty Pallets: There are no empty pallets available for pick-up, nor is there room to store them.
• Barcodes: The government will not provide a barcode; vendors can use a free website to generate one based on the internal product stock number.
• Bundles per Pallet: Previously, each pallet contained 40 bundles/packages. This is confirmed for the current bid.
• Bundle/Pallet Securing: Bundles should be banded together to maintain integrity. Pallets can be shrink-wrapped to prevent shifting.
• UN Marking/Certification: The UN marking and/or certification requirement does apply to this procurement.
• Pallet Size: The standard pallet size for this requirement is 48" x 40" 4-way pallet.
