Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products for the procurement of 105 Quantity Ton Container Metal Pipe for Tooele Army Depot (TEAD). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• The Ton Container Metal Pipe must meet the requirements in Attachment 0002 (Product Description and Specifications).

• All steel products must be properly banded, secured, and protected during transit.

• Individual pieces must be clearly marked with contract number, item description, heat/lot number, and quantity.

• A Certified Material Test Report (CMTR) must be included with shipment.

• DO NOT USE MILSTRIP.

• Early delivery is authorized and encouraged.

• A single shipment of the entire quantity is required.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (PO).

• Delivery Deadline: By 31 October 2026. Expedited delivery is requested.

• Submission Method: Electronically via email to brianne.r.fleming.civ@army.mil and megan.k.frost2.civ@army.mil with the subject line: "Quote for Ton Container Metal Pipe".

• Quote Submission Deadline: 19 June 2026, 1000 Central Time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis.

• Quotation Validity: 60 days from the submission date.

• This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have the specific NAICS code (423510) listed in their active Representations and Certifications.
