Scope of Work

Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines or equivalent European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification, ensuring safety and airworthiness. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and full traceability to the OEM, with a maximum of two exchanges from OEM to USCG delivery. Alternate parts are authorized if approved under the NATO catalog system and meet form, fit, and function requirements, subject to SRR Engineering approval prior to award. The solicitation includes 134 CLINs across a base period and four option years, detailed in Amendment 1 Attachment 1.

Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. Evaluation factors include:
