This solicitation is for the procurement of four (4) aluminum commercial truck toppers for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Sea Lamprey Control Program at the Marquette Biological Station. These toppers are needed to secure equipment for teams working in the Great Lakes basin.

• Four (4) aluminum commercial truck toppers.

• Toppers must be compatible with specific vehicle models: two (2) for 2025 Chevy 2500 Ext Cab 4x4 6.75' Bed, one (1) for 2026 Chevy 1500 Ext Cab 4x4 6.5' Bed - 6000, and one (1) for 2026 Chevy 1500 Ext Cab 4x4 6.5' Bed - 4600.

• Specific requirements for Truck (1&2) include: aluminum welded construction (0.035), 26" topper height, white color, no interior skin, 1½" rear door with window, full-length driver and passenger doors, folding T handle, no toolbox, front window, and security screen.

• Specific requirements for Truck (3) include: aluminum welded construction (0.035), 23" topper height, white color, no interior skin, 1½" rear door with window, full-length driver and passenger doors, folding T handle, no toolbox, front window, and security screen.

• Specific requirements for Truck (4) include: aluminum welded construction (0.035), 23" topper height, white color, no interior skin, 1½" rear door with window, full-length driver side door, folding T handle, driver side toolbox (steel) with shelving, full-length passenger side door with window, front window (clear mitered picture window), no security screen, and an 8-position mount welded aluminum ladder rack.

• Delivery and on-site installation are required.

• A.R.E. truck toppers are the preferred brand.

• Period of Performance: March 23, 2026 to April 30, 2026.

• Solicitation Dates: February 20, 2026 to March 2, 2026.

• Questions are due: Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 3:00 PM EST.

• Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment by Friday, February 27, 2026, 1:00 PM EST.

• Quotes due: Monday, March 2, 2026, 3:00 PM.

• Evaluation will be based on Price.
