Site Visits
Optional site visits will be conducted on:

- Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the contractor offering the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Required documents include the Solicitation, Statement of Work, Frequency Charts, AXF Real ID Flyer, Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire, Wage Determinations, and Past Performance Customer Satisfaction Survey. Offerors must complete Sections I and K and follow Section L instructions. Past performance will be assessed via customer satisfaction surveys submitted directly to Darnell.A-CTR.Shelton@faa.gov.
Key Requirements & Notes
Bidders must comply with applicable Service Contract Act Wage Determinations for various Florida counties. Personnel accessing FAA facilities must meet REAL ID Act requirements (effective May 7, 2025).
