The contract requires the repair and overhaul of MICROPHONE STATION units (CAGE 53711, Ref. No. 433-8357167-018) to meet operational and functional requirements, adhering to the contractor's standard repair practices and MIL-STD-130, REV N for marking. A critical requirement is that all material must be mercury-free, with strict protocols for contamination prevention, testing, and subcontractor compliance. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and testing per original manufacturer's specifications. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073.

Evaluation
Past performance will be considered in the evaluation of offers (IAW FAR 13.106(a)(2)). Quotes must include the estimated cost of new items for evaluation purposes. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered for award; proof of authorization on company letterhead is required with the offer.
