Scope of Work
NRL requires Microsoft Exchange Server licenses to enable the retention of on-premise email routing services outside the Flank Speed service offering. Specific requirements include:
- 3 Each of Exchange Server - Enterprise License (w/software Assurance)
- 125 Each of Exchange Standard - Enterprise License (w/software Assurance) The acquisition is Brand Name Only in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(3), as only the specified brand-name product meets the Government's minimum requirements for compatibility, interoperability, and integration with NRL's existing Microsoft enterprise environment. No substitute or equal products will be considered. All items must be new equipment, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Vendors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, and provide documentation from the manufacturer stating their authorization. Software licensing, warranty, and service must be in accordance with OEM terms and conditions. The performance period for maintenance renewals must begin on or after contract award and cannot be backdated; reinstatement fees, if any, must be listed separately. Delivery is to 7 Grace Hopper Ave, Mail Stop 2, Monterey, CA 93943, with FOB Destination preferred.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit one copy of their technical and price quote, including DUNS Number and CAGE Code, via email. Award may be made without discussions or negotiations.
