Scope of Work
The renovation of D11 Building 219 includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Architectural: Replace exterior door weatherstripping, repaint exterior door assemblies and frames, replace building interior finishes.
- Electrical: Replace existing receptacles, upgrade interior and exterior lighting and controls, upgrade exit signs and egress lighting, support mechanical HVAC upgrades (electrical disconnects, conduits, breakers, conductors), upgrade emergency power system, and upgrade the fire alarm system to a new code-compliant Simplex 4100ES system.
- Mechanical: Upgrade the existing heating hot water system, replace supplemental mini-split systems, replace the existing air handling unit, replace existing ducts, and upgrade the existing ventilation system.
- Plumbing: Upgrade the domestic hot water system and upgrade existing plumbing fixtures.
