This solicitation is for the furnishing of one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge, identified as Dredge No. 6-2025 (OM25035). The work will be performed in the New Orleans Harbor reach of the Mississippi River, adjacent lock forebays of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Bayou Lafourche, Baptiste Collette, Houma Navigation Canal, and Barataria Bar Channel.

• Furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge.

• Work to be performed in specific locations within the Mississippi River and associated waterways.

• Compliance with EM 385-1-1 "Safety and Occupational Health Requirements".

• Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

• Period of Performance: To be determined by amendment, with performance beginning within 5 calendar days and completing within a specified number of calendar days after award.

• Offer Guarantee: Not required.

• Offer Acceptance Period: 60 calendar days.

• Pre-award survey required for the apparent low bidder.

• Bidder Qualifications: Must provide "Cutterhead Dredge and Attendant Plant Data Sheet" and availability documentation.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible bidder presenting the lowest priced responsive bid.

• Unrestricted procurement.

• Prospective contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Penalty for false statements in bids is prescribed in 18 U.S.C. 1001.

• Bid Opening date to be established by amendment.

This is an unrestricted procurement for the "Miss R, New Orleans Harbor and Various Bar Channels Cutterhead (OM25035)" project. The government requires performance of work related to cutterhead dredging in the Mississippi River. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition, and award will be made only after appropriate funds are made available. The bid opening date will be established by amendment.
