- Evaluation: The Government reserves the right to refuse all bids.
Eligibility
Bidders must be at least 18 years old, not an employee of a Federal Government agency prohibited from purchasing property (or an agent/immediate family member), and not delinquent in paying debts to the U.S. from prior surplus property purchases. Bidders are cautioned to inspect the property before bidding.
