This solicitation is for the procurement and delivery of one (1) 20' Rice Stubble Roller for agricultural field residue management for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at the Loess Bluff National Wildlife Refuge in Forest City, MO.

• One (1) 20' Rice Stubble Roller that meets salient characteristics/specifications.

• Delivery of the item.

• This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.

• It is a firm-fixed price contract.

• Period of Performance: March 2, 2026 to May 1, 2026.

• Estimated Delivery Date: May 1, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead.

• Quotes must include:

  • Freight information
  • Estimated delivery date

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be evaluated based on competitive pricing, delivery lead time, meeting salient characteristics, and positive past performance history (verified through CPARS/CRA and other sources).
