Scope of Work
The requirement is for two (2) highway-towable bleacher units with the following salient and essential characteristics:
- Size: Approximately 39 feet long, 10 rows high.
- Transport: Highway towable for easy transport.
- Safety: Vertical Guard Rails (hot-dip galvanized).
- Structure: Heavy I-Beam main frame; Aluminum seats and walkboards.
- Comfort: Full 24-inch row spacing.
- Lighting: LED Stop, Turn, and Clearance lights.
- Braking: Electric brakes on all 4 wheels.
- Mobility Features: Telescoping and easily removable tongue; Stabilizing jacks operable from a standing position.
- Mechanism: Hydraulic folding mechanism powered by a 12-volt system (self-contained battery & charger).
- Capacity: Must be able to seat about 130 people.
