Purpose & Scope
This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a request for quote or proposal. The MC2S Branch seeks information on contractor capabilities in technical and program management areas to support the acquisition and sustainment of mobile C2 systems. The Government is not obligated to provide feedback or commit to procurement based on this RFI.
Key Information Requested
Respondents should provide:
- General Company Information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, CAGE Code, NAICS Code(s), Company Status (Large or Small Business), and Facility Clearance Level.
- Mission-Specific Capabilities: Experience in designing, integrating, producing, and sustaining mobile C2 systems-of-systems, including system engineering, classified systems integration, Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) hardening, mobile/transportable power generation, HVAC, water purification, and various secure communications (satellite, radio). Experience partnering with other organizations is also sought.
- System Sustainment: Capabilities in providing ongoing sustainment, periodic depot maintenance (PDM), depot/field level repairs, and training, along with experience in developing technical documentation.
- Facility and Security: Details on cleared facilities, networks, secure communications, cleared production/maintenance spaces, and experience with Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) facilities. Unclassified examples of performance on classified contracts are requested.
Industry Day
A Classified Industry Day is notionally planned for mid-July. Confirmation of dates and attendance instructions will be provided after RFI responses are reviewed. Companies are asked to indicate their intent to attend and if they require a one-on-one session.
