Scope of Work
- Provide all labor, travel, materials, parts, equipment, and supervision for Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and Inspection services on the Mobile Racking System in Building 917.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure systems are fully operational, incorporate safety features, and comply with OSHA 26 CFR 1910.
- Supply a Mobile Racking System Inspection Checklist for each system.
- All repairs must be completed during standard operating hours (0730 - 1630, Monday-Friday).
- Include standard industry warranty or better on all parts and labor.
- Provide written reports to the Contract Officer's Representative (COR) within 5 business days of quarterly service, including replacement recommendations and part information.
- Notify the COR immediately if any part is in jeopardy of becoming obsolete and attempt to source comparable alternatives.
- Emergency repairs and additional unscheduled repairs may be accomplished under specific Emergency Repair CLINs or via a signed and funded modification by the Contracting Officer.
- Contractor performance will be evaluated against a Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) table, utilizing surveillance methods, customer complaints, and contractor self-reporting.
