Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The government requires the lease, delivery, installation, and removal of a modular office building to support operations at the Plumas National Forest Quincy Helibase.

• Lease, delivery, installation, and removal of a modular office building.

• Building size: 12'x48' to 14'x52' max.

• Building age: Manufactured no earlier than 2023.

• Minimum 1 bathroom with exhaust fan, lavatory, GFCI receptacle, instant hot water heater, lights, and preferably a window.

• Two rooms: one smaller room with a door, and one common room for a conference area. Both rooms to have windows with blinds.

• Flooring to be easily cleanable (no carpet).

• Doors to be lockable, with 2 keys required per lock.
