Requirements include specific attachment methods, material strength, door lock compliance (FF-L-2740), secure window integration, utility opening hardening (MIL-HDBK 1013/1A), and HVAC systems with humidity control.
- Physical Security Systems: Integration of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) compliant with AR 380-5 and UL 2050, Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) (e.g., key cards, biometrics), and backup power for security systems.
