Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The government intends to procure a "Modular Shoot House" as detailed in the Salient Characteristics attachment. This announcement serves as the only solicitation, and a formal written solicitation will not be issued.

• The primary deliverable is a "Modular Shoot House" (Item Number 0001).

• Technical specifications must be provided to demonstrate technical acceptability, aligning with the attached Salient Characteristics.

• Offerors must complete and sign Page 2 of the RFQ, or provide equivalent information if using a different format.

• Warranty information is also required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: Negotiable, but the contractor shall render service within 30 days After Contract Award (ADC). This performance period is inclusive of all options.

• Delivery: FOB Destination.

• Payment Terms: NET 30, unless otherwise specified by the offeror.

• Submission Method: E-mail only.

• Offer Submission Deadline: 10 June 2026, 3:00 p.m. (CDT).

• SB Size Standard: 750 Employees.

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; no award will be made until funds are available.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
