• Quality System: Adherence to ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) with specific calibration system requirements (ISO-10012/ANSI-Z540.3 or MIL-STD-45662).
• Traceability & Certification: Strict traceability from material to Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) is mandatory, with markings per MIL-STD-792. A comprehensive Certificate of Compliance (C of C) is required, detailing compliance with all procurement documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Inspection: Government Quality Assurance (GQA) at source is required. Final inspection includes material sampling per ANSI/ASQ-Z1.4, with a zero-defect lot acceptance standard. All OQE and certification test reports must be 100% inspected.
• Electrical Components: Specific requirements for electrical components, including First Article Inspection, Dielectric Strength Testing, and Hydrostatic Testing.
• Packaging: Must comply with MIL-STD 2073.
