Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a monthly license and support for an inventory management software program for the Sisseton Indian Health Service's Property & Supply Department. The goal is to support the mission of providing healthcare services to the Native American population.

• Provide license and support for inventory management software.

• Install the licensed software within 10 business days of the contract award.

• Provide four (4) hours of training via webinar online for licensees and staff at no additional charge.

• The licensee shall inspect and test the software's capabilities upon installation to ensure it performs as warranted.

• The contractor must maintain satisfactory standards of conduct, competence, appearance, and integrity.

• The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will monitor technical progress, assess performance, and recommend changes.

• The period of performance is one year from the date of award.

• Training will be provided at Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center IHS at Sisseton, South Dakota.

• The contractor must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to complete the described work.

• The COR is responsible for monitoring progress, interpreting the SOW, performing technical evaluations and inspections, assisting with problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act.
