Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure two hundred (200) 35-pound bags of FourStar Bti CRG mosquito control chemicals (larvicide) for the Brevard County Mosquito Control District (BCMCD).

• Purchase and delivery of bulk mosquito control chemicals.

• The chemicals will be delivered to 800 Perimeter Rd, Titusville, Florida, 32780.

• The Kennedy Space Center Environmental Management Branch will be present to receive delivery.

• This SOW covers only the purchase and delivery of the chemicals; aerial application by BCMCD is not part of this purchase.

• The chemicals must be provided prior to September 30, 2026.

• Two hundred (200) 35-pound bags of FourStar Bti CRG mosquito control agent (larvicide).

• No shipping/delivery charges.

• No state or other taxes.

• Chemicals are assumed to be readily available.

• Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from consideration.

• This procurement is set aside for small business.

• Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov to be considered for award.
