This amendment (0001) to Solicitation W912EK26QA011 modifies the original solicitation as follows:

• Scope of Work and CLIN Updates:

  • CLIN 0004 (Marine Sanitation System for Quarters Barge) has been removed.
  • CLIN 0005 has been changed to CLIN 0004 for Crane Barge 766 Stainless Steel Doors (quantity 4).
  • CLIN 0006 has been changed to CLIN 0005 for Crane Barge 767 Stainless Steel Doors (quantity 4).

• Offer Due Date Extension: The solicitation offer due date has been extended from May 18, 2026, at 2 PM Central Time to May 27, 2026, at 2 PM Central Time.

The proposal submission deadline has been extended by nine days. Bidders should ensure their offers reflect the updated CLIN structure and acknowledge these changes.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a solicitation (Solicitation Number: W912EK26QA011) for the supply of various parts and equipment for the betterment of one Motor Vessel and four barges, in compliance with US Coast Guard safety regulations. The acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

The solicitation includes the following CLINs (Contract Line Item Numbers):

• 0001: Furuno Radar System (MV Bettendorf), including antenna and cable.
• 0002: Sea Strainers (Crane Barge 766), Eaton Model 50 6” plug type duplex basket strainer assembly.

Contractors must come on-site to measure custom fabrications prior to bid submittal. Freight costs must be included within the line item pricing.
