All items must meet specific preservation, packaging, and marking requirements per MIL-STD-2073-1E W/ CHANGE 17, METHOD 10 and MIL-STD-129R W/ CHANGE #2. Each motor must be individually packaged in a wooden crate, wrapped in a clear plastic bag with desiccant, secured to prevent shifting, and capable of protecting the motor during multiple commercial shipments. Crates require a U.S. Coast Guard approved label with specific item and order details.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Anticipated Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: NET 30, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25 Prompt Payment.
- Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED to USCG SURFACE FORCES LOGISTICS CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM.
- Invoicing: All invoicing must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. A copy of the invoice must also be sent to Stephanie.a.garity@uscg.mil. Invoices for SFLC Baltimore awards are to be submitted as Non-PO in IPP. Shipping costs must be included in the line-item price.
Evaluation Criteria
Quotes will be evaluated based on:
- Technical Acceptability: Compliance with brand name (ABB Motors and Mechanical Inc.), provision of an OEM authorization letter, compliance with packaging/marking, and ability to meet the required delivery schedule.
