To upgrade the outdated communications infrastructure for the Security Guard Branch at U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, West Desert Test Center.

• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, installation, programming, and testing for a modernized Motorola-based communication system.
• Procurement and delivery of 40 portable radios, 10 multi-unit charging stations (6-radio capacity each), 19 mobile radios, and 4 base stations (including one for dispatch headquarters).
• Installation of equipment in designated facilities and vehicles.

• On-site testing and validation.
