Scope of Work (Planned Project)
The anticipated project involves providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to demolish, dispose of, and install new concrete at various areas of the MSHA A&CC campus. Key areas include:
- Building 1 (Front Entrance): Demolish and replace concrete plaza, flagpole base, curb, and accessible curb ramp (4" thick, 4,000 PSI).
- Building 1 (Rear): Demolish and replace concrete at the rear loading dock and adjacent to the building (8" thick, 4,000 PSI with #4 rebar mat). Reinstall existing dock leveler and bumpers.
- Building 3 (Driveway Drainpipe): Demolish and replace existing underground culvert pipe with a new 24" HDPE pipe, including excavation, backfilling, and placing 8" of 4,500 PSI concrete.
- Building 3 (Front Entrance): Demolish and replace existing concrete steps and entrance concrete (4,000 PSI with rebar reinforcing).
- Building 7: Demolish and replace concrete in front of the garage and salt bins (8" thick, 4,000 PSI with #4 rebar mat).
