Scope of Work
This project involves the comprehensive replacement of the HVAC system in Building 1 at 765 Technology Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059. The existing system, dating back to the 1980s, is inefficient and requires modernization. Key deliverables include:
- Removal of the existing chiller and installation of a new 150-ton Daikin chiller (or equivalent).
- Removal and installation of new Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes.
- Replacement of pneumatic controls with modern digital electronic controls.
- Relocation and balancing of HVAC air diffusers and returns. All services must adhere to the standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Eligibility & Submission
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must possess a valid West Virginia HVAC technician certification with at least 2,000 hours of HVAC-related work experience and be licensed for HVAC system installation, maintenance, testing, and repair. Required documentation includes proof of WV HVAC Master state licenses, chiller-trained service certificates, and at least two experience references demonstrating a minimum of 5 years of chiller removal and replacement experience within the last 5 years. A satisfactory past performance record within the last 3 years is also required.
