- Software Components: Licenses for Application Enhancer (60 users), Pegasus Scanfix (60 users), SX Image Capture Server (1 user), Application Enhancer - Reports Management Server (1 user), and Application Enhancer - TEST SYSTEM.
- Labor Hours: 100 hours for onsite/remote hardware/software support, upgrades, special projects, and training.
- Reseller Requirement: The awarded contractor must be a certified/licensed reseller of the OpenText product line with hands-on working knowledge.

- Compliance: All deliverables must conform to Revised Section 508 Standards.
