This RFI is issued by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) to explore the market for proven, 20-foot Convention for Safe Containers (CSC) certified, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) format structures capable of Temporary/Tactical Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (T-SCIF) and Temporary/Tactical Special Access Program Facility (T-SAPF) accreditation. The responses will aid the Government in determining its acquisition strategy. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation and does not commit the Government to a contract.

Respondents are asked to provide information on:

• Administrative Information: Company details, business type, DUNS/CAGE codes, facility security clearance, GSA Schedule information, and existing contracts for similar accredited shelters.

• Products and Services: Compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., ICD-705, DONSAPCO), scalability, integration with Marine Corps systems (power, environmental control, C5ISRT), transportability (including ground tactical vehicles and airframes), external power/communications capabilities, operational suitability in austere environments, durability, corrosion mitigation, training requirements, manufacturing readiness, supply chain management, security protocols, support/maintenance, and cost/delivery estimates.

• Technical Approach: Meeting specific physical, acoustic, and RF attenuation requirements (e.g., 80 dB RF attenuation, STC 50+, heat transfer coefficient of 0.3), testing methodologies, and potential conformance with a draft Performance Specification (PSPEC).
