• Deadline for quotes: June 11, 2026, by 16:30 (4:30 PM) Mountain Daylight Time.

• Deadline for questions: At least 48 business hours before the closing date.

• Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated based on Past Performance, Technical Capability, and Cost/Price. Past Performance and Technical Capability combined are more important than Cost/Price.

• Submission Requirements: Quotes must include Past Performance, Technical Capability, and a completed Continuation of Schedule B spreadsheet.
