Contract Details

Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) are required. Davis Bacon prevailing wages will apply, as detailed in the wage determination for Fulton County, Georgia. No onsite work can commence until a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued, contingent upon approval of required bonds, insurance, safety plan, work schedule, and material submittals.
