Sources Sought Notice

This notice is for market research purposes to identify qualified small business concerns capable of installing the Software House C•CURE 9000 Physical Access Control System (PACS) at the Lee County VA Healthcare Center (LCHC). It does not constitute a solicitation, and no award will be made based on responses.

The contractor will be required to furnish and install all necessary hardware and software for a C•CURE 9000-compatible PACS at LCHC. This system must be capable of reading VHA-issued PIV cards and will be connected to the VHA network.

To assess capabilities, interested parties must submit:

• Company Information: Name, address, UEI/DUNS, NAICS codes, and business size (SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.).
• Capability Statement: Demonstrating ability to provide and configure C•CURE 9000 client/admin software and integrate with the VA enterprise system.
