Scope of Work

Creek VA Medical Center. Key aspects include:
- Planning & Execution: Inspecting, planning, temporarily disconnecting/securing attachments and utilities, safely lifting, transporting, and placing the unit.
- Post-Move Activities: Re-leveling, re-anchoring/tie-down, verifying alignment, restoring disturbed areas, and providing closeout documentation.
- Performance Standards: Compliance with ASME B30 and OSHA material handling requirements, ensuring no damage to the unit or VA property, and minimal disruption to patient care and traffic. A minimum 12-month workmanship warranty is required.
